To login you will require a specific 6 digit user ID number which will be sent to you via email when you make your purchase. If you do not receive this email please check your spam filter. Alternatively use the last six digits after the "11_" from the unique number on your Protx confirmation email.
To ensure you can receive streamed video please check www.youtube.com as we use the same video technology.
